Welcome to Rose Croft B&B, Elgol, Skye
Rose Croft is a detatched bungalow set in a mature garden. It is situated in the centre of Elgol, a small village lying almost at the tip of the Strathaird Peninsula on the Isle of Skye.
We offer bed and breakfast, from March through until October, for up to a maximum of just 4 guests at any time. We have a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, the twin being the larger of the two. Both of the bedrooms have Freesat TV and towels and a hairdryer are supplied for your convenience. Tea and coffee making facilities are available. The guests' bathroom is fitted with an over the bath electric shower. For the comfort of all guests, and ourselves, smoking is not allowed anywhere within the premises. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 14 years, as we do not have a Family Room.
Rose Croft is ideally situated for both walkers and photographers - being in an area with an abundance of wildlife and also some of the most spectacular landscapes on Skye. It is also perfectly located for people who just want to get away and unwind for a while - perhaps taking a boat trip over to Loch Coruisk, which nestles within the Cuillin Mountains - or just watching the activities of the boats at the jetty.
Facilities within the village of Elgol include an excellent restaurant, a small village shop where refreshments and handmade gifts can be purchased, and a coffee shop serving speciality coffees/teas and homebaking.
The price for bed and breakfast is £28 per person, per night (based on two people occupying a room), and is available from March through until October.
